Tom has been super helpful Was spot on time and left the job spotless. And wouldnt leave until the hot water unit was working perfectly. We are looking forward to the huge power bill savings ($$$$$). Being able to control the heating through the easy to use app. Is brilliant as we also have solar panels. If you’re thinking about replacing your hot water DO NOT WAIT ANY LONGER !!

Excellent service and quality of work. Bright Flow are the tidiest plumbers I've ever worked with and do everything to the highest standard. They were on time, communicated clearly and kept us updated. Tom from Bright Flow Plumbing turned up precisely on time, both to quote and start, the installation of our Reclaim Energy CO2 heat pump hot water system. Communication was excellent at all times during the process of organising rebates, ordering, and planning the installation.We have been extremely pleased to see a dramatic drop in our power use since it came up to temperature initially.Tom called and arranged to visit a week later to ensure the system was optimised to our needs.Great service and a great system that gives us perfect hot water, even on very cold mornings and warm evenings.
