We used Tom to install a Reclaim heat pump hot water system in Freeburgh. From the outset Tom was prompt in quoting and answering our questions. His installation of the system was thorough and neat; he actually simplified our external plumbing set up and removed a few pipes that shouldn't have been used externally. As he promised, he treated our place like it was his own, leaving it clean and tidy after completing the installation. While early days we're thrilled with how the unit in working - super quiet and efficient.

Communication was excellent at all times during the process of organising rebates, ordering, and planning the installation.We have been extremely pleased to see a dramatic drop in our power use since it came up to temperature initially.Tom called and arranged to visit a week later to ensure the system was optimised to our needs.Great service and a great system that gives us perfect hot water, even on very cold mornings and warm evenings.
